💡 Pronouns Table (Nominative)

Note: The formal Sie is always capitalized and works for both singular and plural.

Difference between du / ihr / Sie

Pronoun	When to use	Example

Special uses of "es"

As personal pronoun: Das Kind weint. Es ist traurig.
Weather: Es regnet. (It's raining.)
Time: Es ist 5 Uhr. (It's 5 o'clock.)
Dummy subject: Es gibt ein Problem. (There is a problem.)
