The infinitive with zu is used after certain verbs (e.g., versuchen, vergessen, beginnen), after some adjectives (e.g., wichtig, schwer, leicht), and after nouns that denote a possibility or attempt (e.g., die Möglichkeit, der Versuch). The structure is:

Es ist ..., zu + infinitive.
