⚠️ Note: der Schmerz is singular (pain), but it's often used in plural: Kopfschmerzen (headaches).
3. 📝 Konjunktiv II — Polite Requests
Konjunktiv II is used in German to express polite requests and hypothetical situations (unreal).
Konjunktiv II of haben, sein, können (helper verbs)

Forming Konjunktiv II for regular verbs
For present tense: würde + infinitive - Ich würde gern einen Termin haben. - Würden Sie mir bitte helfen?

💡 Tip: Use Konjunktiv II in formal and polite situations — especially with strangers, doctors, and at work. It's the equivalent of using "Could" or "Would" instead of "Can" or "Will" in English.

💡 Final Tip: Always remember that Konjunktiv II is the key to politeness in German. "Könnten Sie...?" is much better than "Können Sie...?" in formal situations!
